Terms of service.

1. Using ANCI

You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for your company. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're allowed to.

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

2. What ANCI does for you

ANCI schedules on your behalf: it reads calendars you connect or that are shared with you, books and changes meetings, and emails people for you when you ask. You authorize ANCI to take these actions in your name.

ANCI uses AI to understand requests. It asks for your confirmation before it emails guests, sends invites or cancels meetings with other people — please read what it shows you before you confirm. You remain responsible for the meetings and messages you approve.

Only connect calendars and add people you're allowed to schedule for.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use ANCI to send spam or unwanted messages, to harass anyone, to break the law, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or to interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Your data

Your calendars, requests, contacts and messages belong to you. You give us permission to use them to provide ANCI, as described in our Privacy policy. We don't use them to train AI models.

5. Free trial, plans and billing

• Free trial: 7 days. Before it ends, you choose a plan to keep using ANCI.
• Who a plan covers: an executive plan covers one executive and their assistant. An assistant plan covers one executive assistant and up to 10 executives they support.
• Monthly: $795 a month per plan, billed monthly in advance, plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding.
• Annual: $9,540 per plan for 12 months, paid in advance; onboarding is included.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. An annual plan runs for the 12 months paid for. Fees already paid, including onboarding, are not refunded except where the law requires.

6. Onboarding

Onboarding covers 30 days of setup and support, starting when your plan begins: a setup session, configuring your executives' preferences and people, close review of ANCI's work in the first two weeks, weekly check-ins, and priority email help.

7. Changes and availability

We improve ANCI all the time and may change features. We aim to keep it available and reliable, but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. It depends on Google, Microsoft, Zoom and email providers, which we don't control.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using ANCI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can. After closing, we delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

ANCI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that it will be error-free or fit a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for meetings or messages you confirmed. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in ANCI before the change takes effect. Using ANCI after that means you accept the new terms.
