What we collect

When you visit the website

Basic technical information — pages visited, browser type, IP address and timestamps — to keep the site running and understand how it's used.

When you create an account

• Your name, work email address, company and job title.
• Your time zone, working hours and scheduling preferences.
• Access tokens issued by Google, Microsoft or Zoom when you connect them. We never receive your passwords.
• Billing details, which are handled by our payment processor; card numbers never reach our servers.

When you use ANCI

• Calendar information. ANCI reads your connected calendar — and the calendars your executives share with you — to find free times and to show, book, move, change or cancel meetings. It keeps details of events it works with (such as time, title, attendees and location) to do that job and to keep your views up to date.
• Your requests. What you ask ANCI in the chat, by voice or by email, and its answers.
• People. The teammates, contacts and executives you add. When you name someone ANCI doesn't know, it looks in your contacts and email for the right name and address.
• Guest emails. The emails ANCI sends to your guests on your behalf, and their replies.
• Voice. When you use the microphone, your browser turns speech into text; ANCI receives the text.

How we use it

• To provide ANCI: understanding your requests, scheduling, emailing guests for you, and following up.
• To support you, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
• To tell you about your account, the service and billing.
• To improve ANCI using aggregated information about how it is used.

We do not sell your information. Your calendar, requests and guests' emails are not used to train AI models.

Google user data

ANCI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the scheduling features you use; we do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. People at ANCI read it only with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run ANCI:

• Your guests and attendees — the invitations and emails you ask ANCI to send.
• Google, Microsoft and Zoom — to read and write your calendar and create meeting links.
• Service providers who process data for us under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Anthropic (the AI model that reads your requests), our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and analytics for the website.
• The law — when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Within your company, information is visible to you and to the people you choose to share with. It is never visible to other companies using ANCI.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If an account is inactive for a year, we delete its data. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• See or correct your account details in Settings.
• Disconnect a calendar or Zoom in Settings, or remove ANCI's access from your Google or Microsoft account.
• Get a copy, or have it deleted — email contact@anciai.com.
• Marketing emails — unsubscribe from the link in any of them. Service emails about your account and billing can't be turned off while you have an account.

Where it's stored

ANCI is operated from the United States, and information is stored there. By using ANCI from another country, you agree to your information being processed in the United States under this policy.

Children

ANCI is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we make a significant change to this policy, we'll tell you by email or in ANCI before it takes effect.
