How it works
Getting started takes a few minutes. After that, you ask ANCI the way you'd ask a colleague — and it does the scheduling.
Start with your work Google or Microsoft account. Your company gets its own ANCI address that your whole team signs in to.
Google Calendar or Outlook. If you have both, you choose which one ANCI reads and books on — and can switch in Settings.
ANCI suggests the people you meet most. Tick your teammates and contacts, and add the executives you schedule for.
Working hours, time zone, how long a meeting usually is, and where meetings happen — Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
ANCI confirms your calendar and time zone, then suggests a first meeting with a teammate — and one with someone outside your company.
When an executive shares their calendar with you, ANCI books on it for them. Not shared yet? ANCI sends them the ask.
In the chat, out loud, or by email. Plain words are fine.

ANCI can't see an outside guest's calendar — so it asks them, politely, by email.
"Set up 30 minutes with Dana next week." ANCI finds the times you're free.
EMAIL — ANCI writes to Dana with your times. BOOK — ANCI sends the invite now.
"Thursday works." ANCI books it and tells you. If Dana suggests another time, ANCI checks your calendar and asks you first.

Connect your calendar and give ANCI its first request in a few minutes.
