What is ANCI?

An AI scheduling partner for executive assistants. You tell it who needs to meet; it finds the time, writes to people outside your company, books when they answer, and keeps the calendar up to date.

Who is it for?

Executive assistants and chiefs of staff who run one or more executives' calendars — and anyone who spends too much of the day on email threads to find a time.

Which calendars does it work with?

Google Calendar and Outlook (Microsoft 365). Meetings can be on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

How do I ask it to do something?

In the chat, out loud with the microphone, or by email — in plain words. "Book 30 minutes with Priya on Thursday." "Cancel my 3pm."

Will it send anything without asking me?

No. Before ANCI emails a guest, sends an invite or cancels a meeting with other people, it shows you what it will do and waits for your word.

How does it schedule with someone outside my company?

It can't see their calendar, so it emails them the times you're free and books the one they pick. If they suggest a different time, it checks your calendar and asks you first.

Can it book on my executive's calendar?

Yes, once the executive shares their calendar with you with permission to make changes. ANCI can send them the ask. Meetings are booked with the executive as the organizer.

What can ANCI see?

Your connected calendar — to find free times and manage the meetings you ask about — and the requests you give it. When you name someone it doesn't know, it looks in your contacts and email for their address. It reads a guest's reply when it answers an email ANCI sent. See the Privacy page for details.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your calendar, requests and emails are not used to train AI models.

What does it cost?

$795 a month, with a $1,500 onboarding. Or $9,540 for the year, paid up front, with onboarding included. An executive's plan covers their assistant too; an assistant's plan covers up to 10 executives. See Pricing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days. Start with your work email and your calendar.

Can one assistant schedule for several executives?

Yes. One assistant plan covers up to 10 executives.

Does it work in Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Not yet — both are coming soon. Today ANCI works in its own web chat, by voice and by email.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. The web chat works in your phone's browser.

Can it set up repeating meetings?

Not yet — for now ANCI books one meeting at a time. It can move or cancel meetings in a series that already exists.
