What makes a great entry

Example

“Move my 1:1 with Sam so I can do the board call, but not into Thursday, I'm flying.”

Sam is in London, the board call can't move, and Thursday is a travel day. A great EA moves the 1:1 to Wednesday morning Pacific, which is Wednesday afternoon for Sam, and tells Sam why.

Example

“Get me 30 minutes with the CFO at Northwind before our pricing review.”

The CFO's assistant runs her calendar and only answers by email. A great EA writes to the assistant, not the CFO, offers three times before the review, and books the one she picks.
