Security

Your calendar, in safe hands.

ANCI works inside your calendar and your executives'. Here is, in plain words, what it reads, what it keeps, who can see it — and how to turn it off.

It acts only when you ask

ANCI changes a calendar only for a request you made — and anything that involves other people waits for your word.

You sign in with Google or Microsoft

ANCI never sees your Google or Microsoft password. Access is granted through their own sign-in, and you can remove it there at any time.

Your company is kept separate

Each company has its own ANCI address and its own people. One company's calendars, contacts and conversations are never visible to another.

Not used to train AI

Your calendar, your requests and your guests' emails are not used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.

What ANCI reads

  • Your calendar — to find free times, and to show, move, change or cancel the meetings you ask about.
  • Your executives' calendars — only the ones they have shared with you, with the permission they chose.
  • Your contacts and email — when you name someone ANCI doesn't know, to find the right person and address.
  • Guests' replies — when a guest answers an email ANCI sent for you.

What ANCI keeps

  • Your account: name, work email, company, time zone and preferences.
  • Your conversation with ANCI — the requests you made and its answers — so it can follow up and you can scroll back.
  • The meetings it booked or changed for you, and the emails it exchanged with guests about them.
  • The people and executives you added.
  • The access tokens Google, Microsoft and Zoom issue when you connect — never your passwords.

Who can see it

You, and the people at your company you choose to share with. A small number of ANCI staff can access account data to provide support or fix a problem. Our service providers — listed on the Privacy page — process data only to run ANCI.

How it's protected

  • Everything between your browser, ANCI and your calendar travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • ANCI runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
  • ANCI asks Google and Microsoft only for the calendar access it needs to schedule.
  • Google's CASA security assessment is in progress, and we are preparing for SOC 2.

Turning it off
