Bringing ANCI into a company usually starts with IT. So we don't hand you a login and leave you to it. We set up one team at a time, together with your IT team, and stay with you for the first month. Your team is up and running within a month.

How we set up your team

Set up with your IT team

One call with IT. We cover sign-in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, what ANCI needs to see in calendars and email, and how your data is handled. IT gets the checklist before the call.

Give ANCI a company email address

ANCI gets its own address at your company, such as anci@yourcompany.com. Guests see your company name when ANCI writes to them, and their replies come straight back to ANCI.

Onboard and train the team

Executives and assistants start on the same day with a short session. We check in every week for four weeks, watch the first real requests with you, and adjust hours, buffers and who schedules for whom.

What the first month includes

  • The IT setup call and the checklist ahead of it
  • ANCI's company email address, set up with IT
  • Each executive's preferences: working hours, meeting length, rooms, buffers and time zones
  • The first two weeks watched closely: we review what ANCI did and fix anything that read wrong
  • A weekly check-in for the month
  • Priority help by email for the 30 days

Each executive or assistant on the team has their own plan. Onboarding is $1,500 with monthly plans and included with annual plans. See Pricing.

  • Sign-in is through your company's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts
  • ANCI acts on a calendar only when someone asks it to, and asks before it emails anyone outside your company
  • Your calendars, requests and emails are not used to train AI models
  • Google's CASA security assessment is in progress, and we are preparing for SOC 2
